On this site if you do not login, we only collect information when you comment on posts or otherwise contact us (so that we can reply to you and respond to any business requests). We also collect information on site visits to record website statistics (see the Cookies section below).

When you register or login to the site, we collect the information that you provide on registration, or on completion of any other forms, for the purpose of efficiently providing and tailoring business services to you. By completing the form, you agree that we may hold and process that information for that purpose.  When you complete a waitlist or other scorecard form, you also  agree and acknowledge that the information may also be held on the scorecard provider’s systems (see https://www.scoreapp.com/privacy-policy/ for their privacy policy).  

The site also records activity for auditing and error handling purposes.

  • where we need to perform a contract (where you use our products or services)
